Denise Nalley

Denise Nalley was formerly employed as a prosecutor by the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. This experience gives her valuable insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the State’s case as it stands against her clients and helps her prepare vigorous, viable, successful defenses.

Ms. Nalley does not defend crimes, she defends people, who are entitled to freedom and rights under the United States Constitution. It is her job to make sure that these rights are protected for each and every person, in each and every case.
